Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.Customer satisfaction is

our top priority. If you need to return or exchange the item  please  contact us within

2-3 days upon the receipt of your purchase. The  merchandise  goods must be in a

good condition ,new,unopened with each original packaging and in resaleable condition,

Upon the acceptance of the goods it should be check immediately then inform us thru

text ,call and email within 2-3 working days. Return stocks must be made within 7

working days upon your notification. All equipment must contain its original manual

or warranty if attached including complete spare parts and accessories. Freight cost

charge will be shouldered by the customer.

Replacement Policy

If you are returning an item that is defective or shipped in error by the company,we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return due to wrong booking, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense.

Refund Policy

Within one week period after we received the goods and after we have the full banking details. Bank charge will shoulder by the customer and subject to deduct to the refunded amount.
